1 B2B Commercial Scope & Target Audience

IES Biotech Co., Ltd. operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer, trader, and exporter. Our product portfolio—comprising standardized botanical extracts, wholesale essential oils, fruit and vegetable powders, and high-purity nutraceutical ingredients—is offered directly to qualified commercial entities.

These buyers include contract manufacturers, brand owners, formulators, and R&D laboratories operating within the dietary supplement, food and beverage, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical sectors. Products supplied by IES Biotech Co., Ltd. are strictly intended for manufacturing, processing, or commercial formulation, and are not designated for retail consumer purchase or direct individual usage unless explicitly governed by a separate finished-goods agreement.

2 Quality Assurance, Technical Data & Batch COAs

We recognize that regulatory compliance and raw material consistency are essential for global procurement teams. Every batch released by IES Biotech Co., Ltd. is verified through rigorous analytical protocols prior to export shipment.

Verification Standards

• Active Marker Verification: Assayed via HPLC, UV-Vis, GC, or Kjeldahl testing (e.g., 24% flavone glycosides, 25% proanthocyanidins, or defined protein assay values).
• Safety & Purity Screening: Screened for heavy metals (Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury), microbial counts, pesticide residues, and solvent limits per internationally recognized standards.
• Batch Documentation: Accompanied by a formal Certificate of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS / MSDS), non-GMO verification, and Allergen Statement.

3 Sampling Policy & Pre-Shipment Approval

To reduce procurement risk and ensure seamless formulation trials, IES Biotech Co., Ltd. facilitates pre-shipment sample evaluation for prospective trade clients.

Representative sample lots are dispatched with corresponding batch certificates. Buyers are advised to conduct internal laboratory validation, mesh size testing, solubility trials, and stability checks on sample lots prior to committing to full container load (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL) production runs.

4 Quotations, Pricing & Order Confirmation

All commercial quotations issued by IES Biotech Co., Ltd. remain valid for the timeframe stated on the official proforma invoice or written quote. Due to fluctuations in natural crop harvests, raw botanical market values, and foreign currency rates, prices are subject to revision prior to order confirmation.

An order becomes commercially binding only upon written acceptance of the proforma invoice and fulfillment of the agreed payment milestones (such as Telegraphic Transfer T/T or Letter of Credit L/C terms).

5 International Logistics, Incoterms & Customs Duties

IES Biotech Co., Ltd. routinely exports bulk ingredients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Shipments strictly conform to standardized International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020), including FOB, CIF, CFR, and DAP as designated in the sale agreement.

Export Responsibilities

• Supplier Responsibility: Provision of export-grade food packaging (double PE liners in fiber drums or sealed HDPE/aluminium containers), export customs clearance at origin, phytosanitary certificates, and export manifests.
• Buyer Responsibility: Obtaining local import permits, payment of destination customs duties, local VAT/taxes, customs brokerage clearance, and compliance with destination health authority regulations.

6 Goods Inspection, Deficiency Claims & Returns

Upon receipt of goods at the designated facility, the buyer's quality control team must examine container seals, outer drum integrity, and lot labelling. Any damage, quantity discrepancy, or non-conformance against agreed specifications must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

In the event of a verified specification defect confirmed by mutually agreed independent laboratory analysis, IES Biotech Co., Ltd. will replace the affected lot or issue a commercial credit adjustment. Unopened, intact goods returned without prior written authorization are not accepted.

7 Intellectual Property & Technical Rights

All proprietary information, technical specifications, process documentation, web content, logos, and product dossiers supplied by IES Biotech Co., Ltd. remain the exclusive intellectual property of IES Biotech Co., Ltd. Unauthorized distribution or copying of technical assets for non-commercial or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability & Regulatory Compliance

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for validating that ingredients supplied by IES Biotech Co., Ltd. comply with local dietary, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical regulations in the target jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall IES Biotech Co., Ltd. be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from product reformulations, finished product market recalls, or misuse beyond defined technical parameters.

Our maximum total financial liability across all claims is limited strictly to the net invoice value of the commercial batch purchased.

9 Governing Law & Commercial Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with established international commercial trade laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a contract with IES Biotech Co., Ltd. shall be resolved through friendly commercial negotiation or submitted to binding international arbitration at the designated legal seat.
